We’re so excited every time a Minilabel package finds its way to a new home.
But hey, we get it—sometimes it’s just not love at first sight.
Maybe the color isn’t your vibe, or you changed your mind after a late-night shopping spree. (we’ve all been there 😅) No worries—we’ve got you covered!

Sending It Back

You’ve got 14 days from the day your goodies land on your doorstep to decide if they’re keepers. If not, just make sure they’re:

• Unworn (yep, no quick “test drive” to brunch)
• Unwashed (soap and fabric softener don’t count as magic potions here)
• Still in their original packaging (so they feel like new again when they come home)

The No-Return Zone 🚫

Some things are special and can’t be sent back, like:

• Personalized or custom-made items (they’re literally one-of-a-kind, just like you ✨)
• Sale finds (sale products we’re waving goodbye to 👋)
• Gift cards (sadly, they can’t be un-gifted)

How to Return

Super simple:

1. Drop us a message at hello@minilabel.be with your order number and why you’d like to return.
2. We’ll reply with the next steps (we promise it won’t be a treasure hunt 🗺️).
3. Pack it up, send it back—return shipping is on you unless we messed up (oops, our bad!).

Show Me the Money 💸

Once your parcel makes it safely back to us and passes the “good as new” test, we’ll send your refund flying back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Heads up: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wanna Swap?

We don’t do direct exchanges (yet!), but here’s the trick: Go ahead and place a new order right away so your favorite doesn’t sell out. After that, you can return your original item for a refund. Easy-peasy!

Oops Moments

We do our best to pack every order with love and care 💌, but sometimes accidents happen.
If your parcel shows up damaged, faulty, or not quite what you ordered, don’t stress! Just send us a quick email within 48 hours, add a photo if you can 📸 and we’ll sort it out — we’ll make it right.
